Todays Date - Wednesday September 08, 2010       Property Market News - The number of people trying to buy or sell homes has picked up in the past month, according to estate agents.The number of potential sellers rose in March to its highest level for six months, the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) said.- Mortgage lending jumped to £11.5bn in March, a 24% rise from February the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) said.
